Prepare yearly financial statements for a simulated set of small owner-managed clients, and turn that work into training material and workflows for an AI accounting system.
What you will do
- Review each client's year-end pack, request missing items, and reconcile prior signed statements to opening balances
- Tie bank, foreign currency, creditor and income-in-advance balances to supporting documents
- Post year-end journals for depreciation, deferred tax, prior-year tax and reclassifications with support
- Clear AI review notes in writing and assemble the final signing pack for director approval
What they look for
- BCom in Accounting or a National Diploma in Accounting
- Hands-on CaseWare experience
- Solid knowledge of IFRS for SMEs
- Ability to document decisions and judgments, not just outputs
