Inbound Sales Consultant (B2B, DTC Ecommerce Retention Marketing)

About the role

Close warm inbound and referral leads for a retention marketing agency serving direct-to-consumer brands. The role covers discovery calls, follow-up, and growing existing accounts.

What you will do

• Reach new leads quickly, aiming for a high share of prospects who attend their calls
• Manage all follow-up in HubSpot so each deal has a clear dated next step
• Grow current accounts by pitching seasonal upgrade packages to existing clients
• Coordinate with leadership on scoping and pricing within set tiers
• Report lead quality insights back to the marketing team

What they look for

• Two to five or more years closing business-to-business deals
• Consultative selling approach backed by a method such as SPIN or Sandler
• Excellent spoken English and credibility with founders and senior marketers
• Located in South Africa or a comparable timezone with hours overlapping UK, US, and Australian clients
• Disciplined real-time CRM habits in HubSpot
• Coachable attitude and openness to feedback

Nice to have

• Experience with agency services or ecommerce SaaS
