Associate Field Marketing Manager, Emerging Markets

About the role

A field marketing role supporting franchisee networks in emerging markets, acting as the regional expert on local conditions and the local voice for national marketing plans. The position helps franchisees build the capabilities needed to grow demand and mature their markets.

What you will do

• Coach franchisees and build strong working relationships with their networks
• Become the regional expert on consumers, competitors, economic factors and local business strengths
• Spend time in the field meeting franchisees one to one and alongside cross-functional partners
• Support key market moments such as program execution, PR and store level activity
• Help prepare materials and presentations for franchisee and market council meetings
• Promote local store marketing tools and push every network to have a full year plan

What they look for

• At least a high school diploma or equivalent
• Three or more years in marketing or promotional agencies, brand management or restaurant operations
• Knowledge of local store marketing and experience in a franchisee model
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to build partnerships at all levels
• Solid analytical and organizational skills and the ability to run several projects at once
• A self-starter who can work with limited supervision and handle a fast pace

Nice to have

• A bachelor degree in business, marketing, operations, hospitality or a related field
• Field-based experience in a multi-unit distribution system or quick service restaurants
