What you will do
- Help build investigator grant budget grids for assigned countries and studies
- Draft payment terms and conditions templates for grant budgets
- Coordinate internal and external approvals and feedback on budgets and schedules
- Support client escalations on budget development and negotiation parameters
- Share approved grids, schedules and negotiation parameters with local teams
- Track and report progress while meeting site activation cycle times

- Experience comparable to zero to two years in a similar role
- Basic grasp of investigator grant template drafting
- Able to read protocol schedules and draft budget grids and payment schedules
