Associate Site Contract Specialist

About the role

Supports the drafting, negotiation and finalisation of contracts and budgets with investigative sites, working alongside internal teams to keep site activation on schedule.

What you will do

• Prepare, review, negotiate and finalise site budgets and contract amendments following agreed local processes
• Negotiate investigator grant budgets and contract terms within approved limits, escalating issues when needed
• Confirm that negotiations, approvals and contractual steps meet client expectations and internal rules
• Work with other departments so site start-up tasks match contract activities and agreed timelines
• Meet target turnaround times for activating sites and complete required tracking and reporting

What they look for

• A bachelor's degree or an equivalent formal academic or vocational qualification
• Prior experience giving the knowledge and skills for the role, comparable to zero to two years
• Basic familiarity with clinical trial agreements and investigator grant negotiation principles
• A general grasp of business and financial principles behind service agreements
• Effective written and spoken communication in English and the local language
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking and good organisation and time management
