Serve as the first point of contact for loan service inquiries from bank customers, resolving issues quickly and accurately. The role combines customer service with research and coordination across departments.
What you will do
- Handle support questions by phone and through a web support portal
- Work a queue of requests, resolve issues promptly and escalate complex cases
- Research problems to find resolutions that satisfy the customer
- Share customer issues and concerns with the relevant internal department
- Keep learning the company's products to meet department skill goals
What they look for
- Customer service experience
- Education or knowledge equivalent to a two year college or trade school
- Comfort with MS Office, especially Excel
- Analytical mindset for researching and solving problems
- At least one year of relevant experience with loans, ideally loan processing
Nice to have
- Secondary market loans and dealer loans experience
- Familiarity with CSI Core NuPoint and Loans (LNS)
- Experience with ancillary products such as RMS, CVS or NET
