Senior Relationship Manager

About the role

A role owning relationships with a portfolio of corporate clients, growing business results and satisfaction while bringing in new customers. It combines direct sales with credit analysis and portfolio monitoring.

What you will do

• Sell bank products directly to medium business clients and identify new needs
• Grow income and profitability of the assigned portfolio while keeping clients satisfied
• Retain existing clients and attract new ones
• Carry out credit analysis, prepare documents and present to decision makers
• Watch portfolio credit quality and act early on problem cases

What they look for

• One to two years of effective sales and negotiation experience, including prospecting
• Strong knowledge of banking and credit products and financial analysis
• Good grasp of credit risk and credit policy
• Advanced negotiation and presentation skills with an analytical mindset
• Fluent Lithuanian and advanced English
