Supports the administration, testing and reporting of 401(k) plans, starting with document review and growing into administering basic plans while keeping clients informed.
What you will do
- Work with clients to gather information needed for annual reporting
- Review client-submitted documents for completeness and accuracy
- Complete 401(k) testing and reporting in administration software
- Prepare government filings such as IRS Form 5500 and educate clients on plan administration
