What you will do

- Verify insurance eligibility, benefits and coverage requirements
- Calculate and explain estimated patient costs such as deductibles and copays
- Schedule appointments and collect demographic and insurance intake details
- Assist the on-site front desk with remote patient check-ins during busy hours
