What you will do

• Answer and manage large volumes of inbound patient calls professionally
• Screen enquiries, identify needs and route calls to the right person or department
• Handle inbound and outbound patient contact using RingCentral
• Verify insurance eligibility, active coverage, benefits and plan requirements
• Work out patient costs such as deductibles, copays and coinsurance before booking
• Schedule appointments and collect demographic and insurance intake details

What they look for

• Fluent in both English and Spanish
• Background in US healthcare administration, medical reception or virtual medical assistance
• Hands-on experience verifying insurance eligibility and benefits
• Confident managing many patient enquiries at once
• Clear communication in both languages and accuracy in a fast-paced setting
