Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

About the role

Provide primary care to a broad patient panel, working mostly in clinic with one remote day each week. The position sits within a team focused on changing how healthcare is delivered.

What you will do

• Manage a patient panel with varied needs, including acute, chronic and wellness visits
• Treat patients in the office or testing centers and conduct some telehealth visits
• Join weekly clinical rounds and other learning activities
• Collaborate daily with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams
• Apply your clinical training and perform in-office procedures
• Obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for virtual primary care

What they look for

• Completed an accredited FNP or PA program with national certification
• At least 2 years of outpatient primary care in the past 5 years, or 1 year plus a 1 year fellowship or 1 or more years in urgent care
• California license obtained by the start date
• Passion for human-centered primary care
• Ability to communicate with and care for people of all backgrounds
• Comfort using technology to deliver quality care
