Business Account Manager

About the role

Manage and grow a portfolio of online business clients, keeping payment performance stable and advising on ways to increase volume and build lasting partnerships.

What you will do

• Act as main contact for assigned clients and resolve issues promptly
• Analyze transactional data such as conversion, decline and chargeback rates
• Run regular business reviews and agree growth actions with clients
• Spot and execute scaling and upselling opportunities across markets and products
• Coordinate with internal teams and keep client documentation and reporting current

What they look for

• Two or more years as an account manager in fintech, payments or acquiring
• Solid grasp of payment gateways, acquiring, settlement, chargebacks and anti-fraud basics
• Strong communication and presentation skills for multiple stakeholders
• Analytical approach to payment statistics and performance metrics
• Ability to juggle several clients in a fast-paced setting
• English at C1 to C2 level

Nice to have

• Experience with international clients and cross-border payments
• Familiarity with CRM systems and analytics tools
• Additional foreign languages
