- Work with business stakeholders to capture needs, processes and requirements
- Analyse finance processes using SAP FI knowledge and recommend improvements
- Gather, document and validate business and functional requirements
- Translate business needs into functional specifications for technical teams
- Act as liaison between business, SAP and other technology groups
- Support solution design, testing, user acceptance testing and issue resolution
