Staff Applied AI Engineer, Enterprise AI Solutions

About the role

Deliver generative AI and machine learning solutions for enterprise customers, from scoping through deployment, and turn recurring customer problems into reusable internal tooling and practices.

What you will do

• Work with customers to scope use cases, explore data, build models and deploy solutions that create business value
• Build systems such as retrieval-augmented generation, fine-tuning pipelines, prompt recipes and agentic workflows
• Create augmented datasets and evaluation workflows that support model reliability and stakeholder trust
• Manage relationships with customer leaders and stakeholders throughout AI projects
• Partner with pre-sales and product teams to match customer needs to existing capabilities and flag roadmap gaps
• Standardize solutions with other engineers and lead enablement workshops for customers

What they look for

• At least three years of relevant experience
• Hands-on knowledge of modern generative AI and machine learning techniques
• Comfort with customer-facing delivery work and complex problem solving
• Willingness to travel up to a quarter of the year
