Systems Analyst, Strategic Portfolio Management

About the role

You will work with business, clinical and technical experts to analyze, design, build and support digital solutions across the strategic portfolio management lifecycle. The position is fully remote and focuses on ServiceNow based process improvement.

What you will do

• Handle operational system tasks and maintenance, resolving low to moderate issues within agreed service levels
• Collect and document requirements through stakeholder interviews, research and user feedback
• Build dashboards and reports that translate customer metrics and KPIs into usable analytics
• Help create and manage project schedules, meeting deadlines or escalating blockers to project leaders
• Act as a ServiceNow subject matter expert, shaping solutions and doing light configuration within platform standards
• Apply usability practices, follow standard testing methods and help develop and deliver training
