What you will do
- Run metrics driven support plans across assigned accounts through investigation, intervention and monitoring
- Watch performance metrics, spot bottlenecks and design targeted workflow solutions with customers
- Lead internal and external touchpoints, report outs, monthly business reviews and customer training
- Train internal field and sales teams so accounts stay healthy long term
- Prepare account materials such as agendas, executive decks, newsletters and action plans
- Visit client sites about once a quarter to observe clinical workflows and encourage adoption
