Owns client relationships and revenue for influencer marketing campaigns, focusing on growth, retention and reactivation rather than support work.

Serve as the primary contact for active brand clients, handling all communication
Manage active campaigns day to day, covering schedules, deliverables and coordination with internal teams
Grow revenue by spotting and closing upsell chances within the existing client portfolio
Take responsibility for keeping clients and renewing their contracts
Re-engage dormant clients from a database and turn them into active campaigns
Monitor account health, surface risks early and act before problems lead to churn

Five to seven years or more in account management, client success or a comparable revenue facing client role
Direct experience with influencer marketing or digital advertising strongly preferred
Good grasp of campaign workflows from planning through execution and reporting
Proven record of owning a client portfolio with accountability for retention and revenue, not just satisfaction
Strong project management, running several campaigns at once without losing detail
Excellent written and spoken communication, able to lead client conversations alone
