Account Manager, Enterprise Partnerships & Licensing

About the role

Own post sale relationships for consulting and enterprise licensing clients, ensuring projects are delivered well and accounts grow. The role coordinates internal teams and stakeholders to keep engagements running smoothly.

What you will do

• Act as the main day to day contact for enterprise clients after contracts are signed
• Build trusted advisor relationships with client stakeholders across the partnership
• Coordinate consulting engagements such as brand campaigns, workshops and trend forecasting
• Turn client goals into project plans, milestones and timelines while managing risks
• Lead business reviews and strategic check ins to show measurable value
• Support renewals and spot cross selling and upselling chances with sales directors

• Ability to coordinate internal teams across legal, finance, operations, sales and delivery
• Skill in planning projects with clear milestones, timelines and deliverables
