Enterprise Account Manager

About the role

Own retention and expansion for a set of strategic enterprise accounts, hitting renewal and growth targets while coordinating technical teams and partners around each customer.

What you will do

• Serve as the single accountable owner for key enterprise accounts from daily status through renewal and expansion.
• Maintain a written account plan covering history, champions, commitments, risks, renewal dates and growth opportunities.
• Track adoption and usage so customers keep getting value from the platform.
• Run pilots, upgrades, migrations and rollouts with clear owners and dates, closing every open item.
• Escalate stalled deals or deliverables early and keep pushing until they move.
• Build relationships across champions, executives, procurement and partner account teams, and coordinate contracts and scopes.

• A track record of growing large enterprise accounts with renewal and expansion results to show.
• Strong project management discipline and personal ownership of outcomes.
• Highly organized habits, including proactive updates and advance preparation.
• Enough product fluency to match capabilities to business needs and spot when engineering help is needed.
• Ability to spot expansion opportunities before the customer does.
