Own strategic client accounts end to end as a trusted technical advisor, helping manufacturers turn fragmented data into clarity and long term value.

Lead strategic accounts, build stakeholder ties, and secure renewals over the long term
Run executive reviews centred on outcomes, return on investment, and realised value
Learn client goals and challenges to surface needs and boost adoption of the firm's solutions
Spot expansion chances and work with sales and product teams to grow accounts
Handle contracts, statements of work, and projects, turning business needs into technical solutions
Deliver a high touch experience through training, user adoption, and coordination with support

Bachelor's degree plus at least five years in SaaS, client success, consulting, analytics, or trade promotion
Solid analytical, critical thinking, and project management abilities
Track record of managing strategic relationships and converting needs into solutions
Curious, proactive, and able to work independently with sound judgment
Strong communication with both technical and executive audiences
Experience at a CPG foodservice or food away from home manufacturer
