Medium Enterprise Account Executive, Customer Base

About the role

Sell additional and renewal solutions to existing medium enterprise customers. The role focuses on relationship building, account planning and consultative deal management.

What you will do

• Grow and maintain ties with current customers, concentrating on upselling through deal management
• Carry out account planning for assigned accounts and align with pre-sales and other resources
• Drive add-on and renewal business of the company's solutions within medium enterprise clients
• Work across internal teams such as pre-sales, digital, bid management, marketing and technical support

What they look for

• Four or more years selling SaaS or cloud ERP, HCM, finance, planning or analytics solutions to C-level buyers in field sales
• Four or more years negotiating and closing deals with a range of C-suite executives
• Four or more years building relationships with existing customers to generate add-on or incremental business
• Four or more years developing long-term account strategies with current customers

Nice to have

• Strong analytical and spreadsheet abilities
• Experience managing deal cycles longer than six months with large deals
