Account Executive, Market Access

About the role

The account executive supports client services by connecting agency work to pharmaceutical and life sciences clients. The role implements projects that promote the success and profitability of client deliverables.

What you will do

• Quality check client deliverables and align creative brief details across teams
• Manage and deliver individual client project assignments
• Run the medical, legal and regulatory review process for promotional items
• Develop timelines and milestones with the project management team and track budgets
• Prepare client contact reports and share next steps after interactions

What they look for

• Experience acting as a subject matter expert on client tactics and deliverables
• Ability to execute projects on schedule and within budget while directing the internal team
• Skill in spotting project risks early and alerting the team
• Ability to contribute to proposals, budgets and reconciliations
• Experience preparing status and financial reports for clients at set intervals
