A senior individual contributor role analysing and improving regulated quality systems in a biopharma setting. The analyst bridges quality, IT and business stakeholders to keep systems compliant and scalable.
What you will do
- Convert business and regulatory needs into functional and technical specifications
- Act as subject matter expert during internal and external audits and inspections
- Own lifecycle work including implementation, upgrades, enhancements and decommissioning
- Mentor junior analysts and shape best practices for analysis and validation
What they look for
- Degree in information systems, engineering, life sciences or a related field
- Six to ten years in business systems analysis, with four to six years on GxP-regulated quality systems in pharma or biotech
- Proven work with eQMS platforms such as Veeva Vault QMS, TrackWise or MasterControl
- Deep knowledge of biopharma quality processes and regulatory expectations
- Ability to explain complex technical and regulatory topics to non-technical audiences
Nice to have
- Experience with EtQ
- Experience with Computer Software Assurance
