- Guide clients in using the platform effectively
- Collect client enhancement requirements and share them with the product engineering team
- Coordinate between clients and product engineering to assess the impact of quarterly software releases
- Work with client IT and business teams on quarterly testing plans, test data and test activities
- Build training materials and configuration guides and lead knowledge transfer across internal teams
