Lead hospital provider contracting and network development, negotiating product-specific agreements and shaping network strategy across markets.

Direct evaluation, negotiation and ongoing management of hospital contracts and amendments across Medicare, Medicaid, Marketplace and ICHRA
Develop strategies with business development and providers for new networks and partnerships that meet access and unit cost goals
Support launches in new markets while weighing local conditions, provider community, budget and resources
Track performance and put business solutions in place to close process and quality gaps
Report network strategy and planning to senior leadership
Complete negotiations and renegotiations with large, complex hospital systems

Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration or a related field, or equivalent experience
Seven or more years of hospital contracting experience
Experience opening new markets, including network strategy and oversight of implementation
Must be based in Florida and authorised to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship

USD 134,600 to 249,000 per year
