Business Consultant and Application Manager, Finance and People Systems

About the role

You will connect the finance and people teams with business IT, making sure systems run efficient and scalable processes worldwide. You will also own and keep improving the finance and HR application landscape, mainly IFS Cloud ERP and its integrations.

What you will do

• Direct software and digitalization projects from gathering requirements through launch and ongoing support
• Work with global stakeholders to examine and improve finance and HR processes
• Turn business needs into application solutions that can scale
• Own and develop the finance and HR application landscape, centred on IFS Cloud ERP
• Handle interfaces linking internal systems, outside partners and software vendors
• Train business users and keep system and process documentation up to date

What they look for

• Practical experience with ERP systems, ideally IFS Cloud, with SAP, Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics also acceptable
• Familiarity with finance, payroll, time and attendance or HR processes
• Strong skills in analysing and optimizing processes
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management, with a proactive and analytical approach

Nice to have

• Experience with agile ways of working
• Business fluent English, with German as a plus
