Drives growth for a risk management and patient safety education portfolio plus medical education programs, combining direct sales with grant development.
What you will do
- Find, qualify and win new business and funding in risk management and medical education
- Engage decision makers at health systems, insurers and pharmaceutical companies
- Build proposals and grant submissions that show strategic fit and value
- Manage the full sales and award cycle, including negotiation and compliance checks
- Forecast and track pipeline activity, revenue and grant prospects
- Represent the organization at conferences, trade shows and client meetings
What they look for
- Proven record of prospecting, competitor research, lead generation and closing deals
- Comfort with CRM and prospecting tools such as Salesforce and LinkedIn Navigator
- Ability to present services and product features by phone, web conference and in person
- Knowledge of industry rules such as ACCME, PhRMA and FDA requirements
- Willingness to travel up to half the time
- Collaborative, accountable and process oriented working style
