What you will do
- Map French amateur football, including leagues, regions, clubs, decision makers and retailers
- Talk with clubs, retailers and partners and test how the offer is received
- Turn findings into clear insights and recommendations for the founders
- Run first pilot projects hands-on together with French clubs
- Write a France playbook capturing what works
- Localise offers, decks and materials into French and represent the company at local football events

- Living in France and able to work remotely, with regular phases at the Cologne office
- Recently completed or ongoing studies, ideally in business or a similar field
- Native or fluent French and fluent English
- Knowledge of French amateur football through playing, coaching, club involvement or fandom
- A self-starting attitude and comfort figuring things out without a finished roadmap
- Independent working style and ability to keep an overview while remote
Nice to have
- German language skills
- A personal network in French football among clubs, leagues and retailers
- Interest in sporting goods or teamwear
