Business Development Manager, Field Sales

About the role

A field sales role focused on winning new clients and growing revenue by selling digital marketing solutions to businesses. The position combines prospecting, consultations and ongoing account care.

What you will do

• Prospect for new clients using both self-sourced and company-supplied leads
• Meet clients in person or online to understand needs and propose tailored digital marketing solutions
• Present, negotiate and close deals with new and existing customers
• Look after accounts for up to a year after the sale to ensure a smooth experience
• Review account data to spot growth opportunities and improve client returns

What they look for

• A demonstrated record of success in field sales or strong telesales
• Ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively
• Resilience and a positive attitude when handling objections
• Strong presentation skills in speech and writing
• A full UK driving licence with no more than six penalty points

Nice to have

• Experience in solution selling or SaaS
