Business Development Manager

About the role

Lead the launch of a new national market for an established benefits and rewards technology firm. The role is a pure new-business sales position with a path toward running the market as country lead.

What you will do

• Create and carry out the B2B sales plan for the Greek market
• Find and pursue mid-market and enterprise prospects through cold outreach, networking, referrals and events
• Build relationships with HR, people, rewards, procurement and finance leaders
• Run the whole sales cycle from prospecting and discovery to demo, proposal, negotiation and close
• Grow a qualified pipeline and craft commercial proposals tailored to each customer
• Represent the company at HR, technology and business events and explore partnership options

What they look for

• Proven B2B business development or new-business sales experience
• Strong hunter mindset with demonstrated outbound selling
• Solid grasp of the Greek corporate market
• Fluent Greek and excellent English
• Experience selling to senior stakeholders, ideally in HR, benefits, procurement or at C-level
• Full-cycle sales skills with strong commercial and negotiation ability

Nice to have

• An existing network of Greek business decision-makers
• Background in HR tech, employee benefits, HRIS, payroll, rewards, B2B SaaS, fintech, corporate insurance or employee engagement
