Business Development Manager, Paper, Plastic Film and Glass

About the role

Drive growth and market development for a lubricants business across North American paper, plastic film, printing and glass segments. The role combines strategy, marketing and customer development with cross functional portfolio work.

What you will do

• Lead growth, profitability and market development for the assigned North American segments
• Track industry trends, customer needs and competitor moves to shape strategy
• Run marketing campaigns and lead generation programs that support revenue targets
• Represent the company at trade shows, associations and customer events

What they look for

• At least five years of progressive sales or business development experience
• Experience in oil, lubricants or specialty chemicals selling into pulp and paper, plastic film or glass manufacturing
• Strong communication and presentation abilities
• Willingness to travel 30 to 50 percent across North America
