Business Development Manager

About the role

A key account role managing major retail accounts across Spain and Portugal to deliver profitable sales. The person expands the company's retail and eCommerce presence and builds lasting partner relationships.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key retail accounts across Iberia
• Drive growth through strategic planning, forecasting and strong execution
• Spot sales opportunities and carry out plans to raise sales and market share in key categories
• Track account performance against targets and push for overachievement of KPIs
• Work with planning teams to optimise inventory and ensure efficient order fulfilment
• Report on consumer trends in electronics and prepare regular sales forecasts

What they look for

• At least three years of key account management experience
• Proven success managing retail accounts in the Iberia region
• Fluent Spanish with strong English verbal and written communication
• Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
• Ability to handle multiple priorities under pressure in a fast-paced setting
• Willingness to travel locally and internationally when needed

Nice to have

• Consumer electronics industry background
• Experience managing eCommerce platforms
