About the role

Lead a team of business development representatives who open first conversations and pass qualified opportunities to account executives. The role is hands-on and remote, reporting to the VP of Sales.

What you will do

Set SQO targets, OKRs and quotas with the VP of Sales and drive accountability
Forecast and hit monthly SQO and pipeline goals, tracking conversion from MQL to SQO
Own the BDR playbook covering personas, qualification criteria, objections and sequences
Build signal-based, account-based outbound using intent data and AI research tools
Recruit, onboard and coach representatives through call and activity reviews
Work with marketing on campaigns and share market and competitive insight with sales leadership

Experience leading a BDR team to meet performance targets
Hands-on, data-driven approach in a technically complex sale
Ability to coach consultative qualification and clean handoffs to account executives
