Senior Director of Sales Systems and Processes

About the role

Lead the strategy and operations behind a global sales organisation's systems and processes, managing a worldwide team and reporting to revenue operations leadership. The role focuses on scaling CRM, quoting and forecasting capabilities while driving sales productivity.

What you will do

• Set and deliver a roadmap for sales capabilities that matches company and sales strategy
• Drive the AI agenda for sales, covering rep workflows, automation and the systems stack
• Streamline core sales processes so they support global sales strategy and productivity
• Take ownership of business-owned sales systems, including budgets, rollout and provisioning
• Work with IT peers to align the business roadmap with IT capacity and priorities

What they look for

• Extensive experience running CRM, CPQ, forecasting, planning and prospecting systems
• Proven record at high growth software or SaaS companies
• Demonstrated ability to drive large scale change in how a sales organisation operates
• Skill at defining best-in-class go-to-market processes and the systems that support them
• Comfort partnering with cross-functional stakeholders on complex business problems
