About the role

Sell experience management software into major health systems, hospitals and clinics across a western territory. The role opens new strategic accounts and helps shape the go to market approach for a priority healthcare vertical.

What you will do

• Own a strategic territory and run it as a business, coordinating specialists to close complex deals
• Lead cross functional teams through influence as an individual contributor
• Tie the product to executive healthcare priorities such as patient experience, staff burnout and operational performance
• Forecast accurately and maintain a strong pipeline using MEDDIC or MEDDPICC
• Build client plans that set out how objectives and revenue targets will be met

What they look for

• Experience selling enterprise software into healthcare provider organisations
• Ability to work with C level stakeholders on clinical and operational priorities
• Discipline in pipeline management and forecasting against quota
• Comfort leading colleagues without direct authority
• Familiarity with HCAHPS and patient experience metrics
