Change Management and Adoption Consultant

About the role

Support a client's electronic health record implementation by preparing end users through change management and training. The role involves on-site support, workflow analysis and stakeholder alignment through go-live and sustainment.

What you will do

• Support the change management strategy and deliver communications about upcoming organizational change
• Manage coordinated change impacts across affected organizations and personas
• Support pre-go-live training and adoption events and guide client conversations to effective outcomes
• Build relationships with clients and service line staff to serve as a key contact before go-live
• Develop presentations and work products, and track progress on initiatives and workstreams
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support business development for the account team

What they look for

• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
• Bachelor's degree and at least three to five years of change management or training experience
• Willingness to work 12-hour on-site shifts before and after go-live
• Direct experience using the Oracle Health or Cerner EHR as a clinician, administrator or other end user
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Strong organization, communication and multitasking skills, with ability to present to executives

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare IT consulting with a major organization or large transformation project
