Client Director, GTS

About the role

Own the strategy and execution for large global or regional accounts of major strategic value, carrying a sales quota while driving client value, retention and new business.

What you will do

• Build trusted relationships with senior technology leaders and their teams at large global accounts
• Translate client business strategy and goals into value delivery opportunities
• Lead account and territory strategy to grow revenue year over year and improve retention
• Coordinate account planning and execution with internal partners across business units
• Drive prospecting strategies and their execution
• Forecast accurately on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis

What they look for

• Fifteen or more years of experience, including over ten years in sales
• Record of success in quota-bearing consultative selling, preferably in technology services or software
• Experience building trusted relationships with C-level clients at large multinational firms
• Skill in global account planning, territory management and solution or license architecture
• Strong presentation, influencing and communication abilities
• Familiarity with technology buying centers and procurement at large global accounts
