Client Experience Specialist

About the role

An administrative and operational support role handling customer orders, returns, payments and account records. The specialist works with customers and several internal teams to keep requests accurate and on time.

What you will do

• Review and process customer purchase orders, checking product, quantity, pricing, delivery and payment details
• Set up new customer accounts and keep contact, billing and shipping data accurate in company systems
• Handle returns, RMA requests, credits and related documentation, resolving discrepancies
• Match payments to invoices, support reconciliation and follow up on missing payment information
• Talk with customers by phone and email and coordinate with sales, operations, finance, logistics and planning
• Prepare routine reports, spreadsheets and records while keeping documentation organised and paperless
