Client Support & Solutions Consultant

About the role

Remote independent role supporting clients with vacation planning through research, coordination and ongoing help with questions or changes. Training and supplier education are provided, and travel experience is not required.

What you will do

• Talk with clients to learn their destinations, dates, budget, priorities and concerns
• Research resorts, hotels, cruises, transport, tours and activities via approved suppliers
• Help clients compare choices, find practical solutions and coordinate arrangements
• Organize reservations, confirmations, schedules and itinerary materials
• Answer routine questions, share updates, follow up and assist with standard adjustments
• Check details for accuracy, watch deadlines and keep records organized
