Clinical Data Team Lead

About the role

Lead data management for clinical studies, either directly or by supporting a senior lead. Serve as the link between departments and clients on all data management work for assigned projects.

What you will do

• Apply the study protocol to daily tasks and guide colleagues in doing the same
• Coordinate with project leads, clients and management on data management activities
• Create and maintain project documentation and review deliverables against guidelines
• Prepare and run study specific training for data management staff
• Track study metrics and issue regular status reports to management and clients
• Coach junior staff and help with forecasting, resourcing and contract changes

What they look for

• A bachelor's degree or an equivalent academic or vocational qualification
• Roughly two or more years of experience, including leading work end to end
• Ability to follow regulatory rules, standard procedures and client expectations in an organised way
• Comfort using interactive computer applications
• Clear written and spoken English with solid grammar and attention to detail
• Capacity to work well with little supervision and keep clinical and client data confidential
