Clinical Research Associate

About the role

Monitor clinical trial sites from home, conducting qualification, initiation, monitoring and closeout visits in line with protocols. The role supports drug and device development through accurate site oversight.

What you will do

• Conduct qualification, initiation, monitoring and closeout visits at research sites
• Communicate with site coordinators, physicians and their staff
• Verify investigator qualifications, training, resources and facilities
• Check source documentation against case report forms and flag entry errors
• Track investigational product accountability and review adverse events
• Write monitoring reports and follow-up letters summarising findings and actions

What they look for

• Knowledge of clinical monitoring practices and procedures
• Ability to represent the function in internal and external meetings

Nice to have

• Two or more years as a study coordinator or clinical research coordinator
