Own the post-sales relationship for cloud customers and keep the partner program scalable, compliant and focused on a strong client experience.

Run business reviews centred on cloud usage and point out ways to cut costs
Work with colleagues and managers to guide cloud partner operations
Serve as the link between clients, the company and outside vendors, tracking tickets through to resolution
Build trusted advisor ties with customers
Keep checklists, procedures and policies documented so cloud resources are deployed and used well
Set, track and report KPIs and SLAs that drive customer satisfaction

Prior work as a customer success manager, consultant, business analyst or comparable role
Willingness to earn a FinOps Practitioner certification, or already holding one
Bachelor degree in business or a technology discipline
Background in streamlining workflows and improving processes
Strong technical and commercial problem solving with sound judgement
Ability to mentor, coach, present and engage people at every technical level
