Own end to end growth of a trading app, converting paid and organic installs into registered, verified and funded traders while managing acquisition strategy and budget.
What you will do
- Manage the app user acquisition budget by region, shifting spend weekly based on cost and return metrics
- Brief and test creative assets with the creative team following a structured testing roadmap
- Run App Store and Google Play optimisation, store listing experiments and custom product pages
- Own mobile measurement setup with an MMP, SKAdNetwork and privacy frameworks, keeping tracking accurate
- Work with product, CRM and lifecycle teams to improve onboarding, KYC and first deposit flows
What they look for
- Experience in online retail trading, iGaming or crypto with regulated, deposit-driven funnels
- At least four years in mobile app user acquisition owning a multi-channel paid budget
- Working knowledge of an MMP such as AppsFlyer, Adjust or Branch, plus SKAdNetwork and post-ATT measurement
- Strong analytical skills in cohort analysis, LTV modelling and incrementality
