About the role

Lead the build-out of an AI-assisted software development capability, setting strategy, practices and technical foundations while architecting proof of concept solutions for complex customer needs.

What you will do

Build and scale an AI-assisted software development capability that supports mission software growth
Assess and rationalize existing AI tools and platforms, then define integration best practices
Architect and demonstrate proof of concept solutions that address key customer challenges
Blend technical leadership, solution architecture and go-to-market work with hands-on engineering

What they look for

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience
Track record developing mission software products and demonstrating solutions to customers
US person status to access sensitive enterprise systems
Deep grasp of AI-enabled development workflows, including prompt and harness engineering patterns
