  • Run California commercial unlawful detainer and real estate cases from pre-suit through trial and post-judgment
  • Draft and coordinate pleadings, writs, discovery, subpoenas, motions, declarations and exhibits
  • Keep litigation calendars for service, responses, discovery, hearings and trials
  • Handle state court e-filing and service, plus federal and bankruptcy filings when needed
  • Organize discovery and eDiscovery documents and prepare attorneys for hearings and trials
