  • Lead on employment disputes as well as everyday advisory work for employer clients
  • Handle restructures and redundancies, including collective processes
  • Run discrimination and whistleblowing cases and Employment Tribunal litigation
  • Advise on TUPE transfers and support corporate transactions
  • Draft contracts, director service agreements and consultancy agreements, with IR35 status advice
  • Manage disciplinary and grievance procedures and senior executive severances
