- Review contract terms and conditions and negotiate agreements with business partners
- Administer sales and service contracts and keep records accurate in company systems
- Coordinate with account managers and legal teams so contracts are signed on time
- Check that agreements follow corporate policy and flag any risks
- Maintain organised contract documentation across several business units
