Community Manager

About the role

You will be the human link between the platform and a large community of gig workers and side earners, keeping the spaces active and feeding member insights back to the team.

What you will do

• Moderate and run the brand's community spaces on Discord, Facebook, Reddit and social comment threads
• Answer member questions and feedback promptly in a warm, genuine brand voice
• Post polls, threads, announcements and prompts that spark conversation
• Spot and celebrate the most active members and power users
• Gather member feedback and pass insights to product and content colleagues
• Track community health numbers and share weekly trend reports

What they look for

• Demonstrated experience running or expanding an online community on any platform
• Clear, friendly writing style with an authentic tone
• Patience and empathy when dealing with unhappy members
• Strong organisation to juggle several community channels
• Familiarity with moderation tools on Discord, Facebook Groups or Reddit
• No formal degree needed

Pay

USD 17 to 24 per hour
