About the role

Shape content strategy and creative output for an advanced imaging portfolio, ensuring messaging aligns with business goals and brand consistency while delivering measurable impact.

What you will do

• Write, edit and shape messaging for campaigns, digital assets, events, video scripts, social content and sales enablement
• Translate complex healthcare solutions into clear, audience-specific narratives
• Partner with marketing, product, commercial, clinical and communications teams on integrated campaigns
• Set creative standards and run review processes to keep deliverables high quality
• Coach designers, copywriters, agencies and production teams and give creative direction

What they look for

• Six to eight or more years in creative leadership, content development or integrated marketing
• Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-level creative campaigns
• Exceptional storytelling, messaging and creative direction skills
• Excellent presentation and executive communication skills
• Ability to influence without direct authority in matrixed organizations
