About the role

The copyeditor reviews material written by the content team before publication, mainly product listings and theme related texts. The aim is clear, accurate and compliant copy that meets brand and platform standards.

What you will do

• Proofread copy for grammar, spelling, punctuation and formatting in US English
• Verify product details, names, measurements and facts for accuracy
• Flag problems such as character limit breaches, structural issues and forbidden terms
• Follow style guides, approved names files and briefs when editing
• Work with writers to resolve questions and adapt to varied content types

What they look for

• Demonstrated copy editing or proofreading experience
• Native level US English with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work accurately at volume and meet deadlines
• Comfort following established guidelines and knowing when to escalate
• Flexibility to move between different content types

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Amazon listing requirements
